Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar energy sector to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including solar EPCs, developers, commercial & residential clients, and industry partners.
Conduct client consultations and deliver tailored solar PV proposals addressing technical needs, financial considerations, and system requirements.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and boost lead-generation effectiveness.
Prepare and present proposals, cost estimates, and contracts in compliance with company standards and solar industry regulations.
Stay updated on emerging solar technologies, market trends, and government incentives to refine and optimize sales strategies.
Lead contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
Represent the company at exhibitions, industry forums, networking events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and connect with prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations to maximize sales performance and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
Target-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales tools.
Strong passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
