Join us as Solution Sales Manager for the Electrification Smart Power Division where you will be developing and maintaining (product group) effective sales strategy in specified market scope to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned scope. Setting, planning, and ensuring execution of sales strategy within the assigned scope locally, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems and/or services in a profitable way, order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Monitoring proactively sales performance, ensuring development and implementation of correction actions to secure business growth when and where needed. Proactively leading, developing and coaching the sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance. Reporting to Sales Manager - Segment and Solution and this position will be based in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.
