Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

s:

• Offer pre-sales system support to the sales department, ensuring optimal configuration between products and clients\xe2\x80\x99 systems.
• Provide advisory assistance to businesses regarding automation, proposing effective solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Clearly convey and demonstrate the benefits of products to customers, ensuring successful implementation post-solution sales.
• Test and assess new products/features for compatibility and functionality.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to gather market insights, establish terms and conditions, and formulate service charges for new products, including service policy development.
• Identify training syllabi and conduct training for sales staff and branch system engineers.
• Evaluate and compare software solutions for informed decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• The candidate is expected to possess exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging professionals at all levels. A particularly strong drive for professional excellence, the ability to inspire and guide, and evident potential for future leadership are highly valued qualities.
• A minimum of 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and data capturing implementation projects is required.
• Holds a degree in Computer Engineering/Science or an equivalent field.
• Proficient in requirements gathering and business process mapping to identify potential avenues for automation.
• Candidates with domain-specific experience would be considered an advantageous attribute.
• Demonstrates effective teamwork with robust analytical and communication capabilities.
• Displays independence, customer focus, and adeptness in delivering presentations.
• Experience in Project Management is a valuable additional asset.
