Operate across core banking domains such as cash management, trade finance, treasury, and payment systems, serving as a solution designer or technical analyst responsible for bridging business needs with IT capabilities. Clarify and translate business requirements into clear, structured functional and system requirements, including end-to-end interaction flows, interface mappings, and data handling logic. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical delivery teams to define scalable, flexible, and high-performing application solutions, supporting the full delivery lifecycle from requirement gathering through to post-go-live support. Leverage strong technical core capabilities to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions, providing input on application architecture, including component-level design, service orchestration, integration patterns, and data flow across systems. Apply a deep understanding of application design principles such as modularity, reusability, maintainability, and performance optimization when reviewing or drafting technical solutions. Perform impact analysis on changes to existing systems, identifying the necessary updates to application logic, middleware, and interfaces to ensure seamless integration and compliance with enterprise standards. Develop detailed and structured Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Specifications, aligned with internal architecture frameworks, security guidelines, and infrastructure requirements. Contribute to the definition of non-functional requirements (NFRs), including performance, scalability, availability, and security, ensuring they are addressed early in the design phase. Design and execute test cases and test scripts for integration and functional validation; collaborate closely with QA and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects. Engage in Agile delivery practices--participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure transparent, iterative progress and continuous feedback. Support deployment planning, system cutover, and post-go-live activities, ensuring solution stability, integrity, and alignment with operational expectations.
Requirements:

Core Domains: Cash Management, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Solutions Application Architecture Understanding: Skilled in analyzing and designing application components, service interfaces, data models, and interaction flows across distributed systems Integration Architecture: Hands-on knowledge of system integration using RESTful APIs, SOAP, message queues (Kafka, JMS), and middleware (e.g., Oracle WebLogic, Apache Kafka). Performance & Scalability Considerations: Experienced in designing solutions with high availability, load balancing, and fault tolerance in mind. DevOps & Testing Alignment: Familiar with CI/CD processes, test automation integration, and release planning across cloud/on-prem environments. Problem Solving & Debugging: Proficient in troubleshooting integration failures, analysing application logs, performing SQL query analysis, and resolving complex technical issues.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
