About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect to design, develop, and propose the best technology solutions for our clients. You will act as a technical advisor during pre-sales engagements, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead solution design and architecture for clients during pre-sales and project planning. Analyse requirements and propose suitable solutions across cloud, software, security, and infrastructure. Prepare proposals, scope of work, and technical documentation. Conduct client workshops, product demos, and solution walkthroughs. Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Engineering teams for seamless project execution. Stay up to date with latest technology trends and solutions in the market.

Requirements:

2-6 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Systems Integration. Good knowledge in cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), networks, IT infrastructure, and system integration. Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Architect, CCNA/CCNP, TOGAF, etc.) are an advantage. Excellent communication with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.

Mandarin-speaking is required to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and clients.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
