What you\'ll do: As a Solutions Manager, you\'ll spearhead the strategy, development and management for web solutions and programs across multiple clients. Day-to-day, your role includes: . Leading the conceptualization and design of holistic solutions tailored to meet customer requirements or address specific business challenges. . Performing needs analysis through customer interaction, market studies, and cross-team collaborations to build innovative and viable solutions. . Developing and maintaining strategic product & solution roadmaps, factoring in market trends, competitive positioning, and technological innovations. . Aligning product & solution roadmaps with overall business goals and ensure its practical implementation through planned milestones. . Partnering with clients to develop their goals and marketing strategies (through web technologies), adding strategic value and ensuring that they get the best results. . Acting as the primary liaison for clients on digital & web focused programs, diving deep into customer pain points and gathering essential requirements. . Conducting interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions with clients to refine solutions and ensure they meet or exceed expectations. . Managing the complete solution delivery pipeline, from initial planning to final deployment, working hand in hand with the project managers, business analysist and design & engineering teams . Overseeing resource allocation, timeline adherence, and successful implementation, offering support during the customer adoption phase. . Serving as a communication bridge among various stakeholders, effectively managing expectations and project updates. . Developing direct reports through timely, thoughtful performance reviews and development plans. . Partnering with capability leads to drive learning & training agendas for the web & digital solution teams. . Staying ahead of market trends and competitive movements through regular research and monitoring activities. . Participating in new business pitches . Supporting and managing technical partnerships and vendor relationships Qualifications We\'re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes: . A four year degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Multimedia or related field . Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in solution management, digital/technical product management or a similar role. . Prior experience working for a digital agency or consultancy. . Proven experience in managing a team, preferably cross-functional. . Proficient knowledge of digital technology such as: content management systems (CMS), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ecommerce, systems integration, website analytics, marketing automation, native apps, social media, programmatic and predictive media. . Experience with enterprise level web solutions (AEM, Sitecore, Magento, etc). . Extensive knowledge of website and software development process: discovery, design, build, test/QA, deployment, measurement, and optimization. . Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, Heatmaps, etc). . Experience with web optimisation & personalization strategies (A/B testing, Landing page strategy, NBAs, Consumer Journey Mapping, etc).
