Sommelier / Wine Specialist - Elevate the Guest Experience

Are you passionate about wine and hospitality? We are seeking a talented

Sommelier

to curate and manage a distinguished wine program. This role is ideal for someone with deep wine knowledge, excellent service skills, and a flair for creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the wine list, balancing quality and cost Source wines from diverse regions and producers Recommend and serve wines to guests, offering expert pairings Educate guests on wine varieties, regions, and tasting notes Manage wine inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure proper wine storage conditions Train staff on wine service and etiquette Promote wine sales through upselling and curated pairings

Requirements:

Sommelier certification (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers) Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages Excellent tasting and sensory evaluation skills Previous experience in wine service or sommelier role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Inventory management and POS system experience Passion for wine, food, and hospitality

What We Offer:
