Job Responsibilities:
Source products and equipment through online/offline platforms based on project, client, or company needs.
Update supplier information and listings on a daily basis.
Communicate stock status, pricing, and specifications to the Manager.
Manage purchasing process once items are confirmed by the client (online or in-store purchases).
Coordinate with clients regarding delivery and installation of ordered items.
Organize and maintain supplier files and records.
Prepare detailed supplier search reports, including:
Price
Specifications
Product images
Quality
Comparison analysis & recommendations based on client requirements
Requirements:
Minimum Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related fields such as:
Procurement
Finance
Administration
Quantity Surveying
Or other relevant disciplines
Good communication skills, especially when dealing with suppliers.
Efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about online product research.
