Furthermore, you will be responsible for value creation through mergers and acquisition-led ?deals, commercial negotiations and integration of business opportunities.?

Transformation - driving digital transformation (centralising, digitising, optimising) across all elements of the finance entity to ?achieve sector-leading cost-performance.?

Job Profile Summary

Responsible for providing strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management activities for the relevant category using advanced sourcing knowledge in order to execute against the strategy and annual plan for the category, participating in the supplier management process from initial selection to effective integration, and coordinating with the relevant areas on their sourcing requirements and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executes against the strategy and annual plan for the category and delivers the full sourcing process, including development of scope, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, and contract execution.
• Maximizes benefits to BP by leveraging enterprise-wide spend with each vendor, helping to ensure that all segments/functions are informed on vendor choice for new contract awards.
• Maintains vendor performance management materials, such as metric and score cards, to drive desired vendor outcomes, helping to remedy inconsistent vendor performance and optimize allocation of spend.
• Develops and executes appropriate supplier governance, where appropriate, to effectively manage third parties.
• Participates in company networks, sharing information, best practice and lessons learned to build sourcing capability.
• Complies with BP's Code of Conduct and models BP's Values & Behaviours.
