  • At least 3 years related working experience required
  • Halal Dimsum
  • Possesses knowledge of sanitation standards.
  • Demonstrates teamwork and customer service focus.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food inventory
  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for the implementation, development and smooth operation of the Dim Sum Kitchen Operation.
  • Organize food production in cost-effectivetive and hygienic manner.
  • Prepare menu in accordance with quality, availability and seasonality ingredients and ensure
  • Assist in formulating, coordinating and supervising all menu planning and implementation in the Dim Sum Kitchen.
  • Ensure food standards and presentations are maintained and continuously improved
  • Co-operate with and drive forward the implementations of minimum operating standards in all Food and Beverage kitchens through close follow-up with outlet Managers.
