Experience in retail setup, management, sales and buying for retail / Souvenir shops
Extensive knowledge of merchandising techniques, retail management, promotion methods
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities

Responsible for all Souvenir (local products / Malaysian Speciality) matters within the Company or its affiliated companies
Setup and management of Souvenir products within the Company or its affiliated companies
Supervises daily operation of the Souvenir and assists customers in selecting items and other merchandise
To established marketing plan and for effective support of sales; supervises and works with staff stocking
Works closely with Group procurement
Season of the year and recognized customer demand
Supervises and participates in the monthly inventory stock, extends and prices inventory for use in preparation of the monthly operating statement
Stock and warehousing control
