• Assist to validate IT SOX control requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain the IT SOX control framework requirements (Process Narratives, Risk Control Matrix, and flow charts) and ensure changes are captured and documented appropriately
• Perform controls review (both control design and control effectiveness) and testing to assess operating effectiveness over ITGC, ITAC, ITDM controls and IPEs
• Work with key stakeholders to recommend remediation plans and perform validation on remediation actions for deficiencies identified and follow through issues remediation / resolution based on the testing conducted over IT controls
• Participate in continuous improvement projects involving new process and systems
• Support in providing periodic status reporting of the projects to relevant stakeholder
• Support in the preparation of internal / external reports as necessary
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent with professional certification (e.g., CISA, CISSP)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant IT audit experience (with hands experience on ITGC, ITAC, ITDM testing and remediation for IT controls and IPE validation) preferably with any Big 4 audit firm or US listed companies (Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley \xe2\x80\x9cSOX\xe2\x80\x9d would be a significant advantage)
• Financial and IT application (Netsuite, Salesforce and Office 365) experience would be a plus
• Knowledgeable with current industry standards such as COSO
• Excellent command of English and proficiency in Malay [a plus]
• Experience with analyzing and identifying the strengths and weaknesses of options and exercise critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills
• Detail oriented
• Proactive and able to work independently and with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of quality work product and output
