Job Description


  • Liaises with Buyers, Planners, Projects Team, Visual Merchandising and retail teams to ensure effective implementation at store.
  • Analyzes sales data of store - for macro space planning to ensure the best shopping experience for customers and maximize sales of the products on display.
  • Manages the work-streams and processes within internal team to enhance the consumer journey at store level.
  • Support and drive the direction, development, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Retail space planning of designing the internal layout of retail stores to ensure the best shopping experience for customers and maximize sales of the products on display.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 to 5 years working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • Proven experience being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Strong communication skills - external and internal.
  • Commercial knowledge in FMCG industry.
  • Comfortable working independently when needed or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Preferably have macro space knowledge.
