Spc Finishing Process Specialist
Job Description
\xe2\x80\xa2 Grind, sand and polish objects and correct defects. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare surface for further finishing, mark cracks and splits for repair. \xe2\x80\xa2 Position grinding equipment over surface and start grinding process by turning on equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Polish and grind materials according to specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Select files according to materials and shape of workpieces and measure equipment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpret blueprint and instruction and measure dimensions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Use chisels and scrapes to smooth product. \xe2\x80\xa2 Load or remove workpieces form work tables and clean equipment and work tables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record product data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply solutions or chemicals to surface by following guidelines and templates. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record processing data. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively participate in and contribute to leadership decision making on new product and equipment teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform physical line walks at designated intervals to monitors / inspect for product quality, equipment reliability.
