To ensure that the Group has a viable & tenable group of vendors to support its operations by providing quality products and services for the smooth functioning of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s operations.
Manage the overall operations of the all contracts in force on the timely renewals and terminations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, review & update the information of the contracts in EBS
Ensure that all contract owners are timely informed of their expiry, terminations and vendor performance evaluation are incorporated in this exercise
Review and identify opportunities for aggregated contract in order to streamline number of vendors and hence leveraging on bulk negotiation
Capture products knowledge within the industry/ market and perform price review / benchmark for continuous improvement
Check and verify all work done by officer/executive before onwards submission for Section Head\xe2\x80\x99s signature
Ensure fulfilment & closing of PO; Remind Business/Branches to perform goods receiving, follow up with vendors to resolve overdue receiving issue.
Requirements
Requirements: Diploma/Degree .
Minimum 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in vendor and contract management.
