Provide support to Chapter Lead, Lifestyle Consumer Marketing in managing Loans Marketing initiatives to achieve organization goals
Responsible to develop and implement marketing strategy, promotions, communications and media strategy
Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, performance tracking and reporting in relation to the campaigns/initiatives for Auto Financing, Mortgages, Personal Financing
Comply with requirements of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s corporate identity guidelines, internal policies and requirement of external authorities and regulators.
Key Responsibilities: * Sales
Facilitate customer growth and sales to increase revenue generation
Assist to develop and implement initiatives that are measured against key metrics around the business including customer acquisition, conversion rates, product holding and attrition rates
Achieve digital marketing spend efficiency to drive acquisitions
Marketing strategy
Assist in preparing marketing strategies that are aligned with the business objectives
Leverage on critical market and competitive research, data and analytics to drive insights
Assist to develop segmentation, competitive analysis/market intelligence, prospecting, lead generation, promotions, communications and budgets, strategic planning, and customer/revenue retention and growth
Marketing initiatives
Assist to implement all marketing initiatives to ensure on-brand positioning and awareness across all aspects of the marketing mix in a timely manner
Manage implementation of marketing communication, ensure clear and powerful messages about the product, brand and value proposition to each market segment
Track and manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics and reporting
People Management
Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.
Requirements
Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).

University degree-holder with a minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or banking experience
Experienced in strategizing, developing and implementing marketing strategies that have consistently met or exceed planned objectives
Strong operational, project management and public speaking skills
