JOB DESCRIPTION

Hartasuma Sdn Bhd is seeking a Special Officer to work closely with our Executive Director, perform and support in various assignments and personal tasks. The candidate must be self-motivated, highly responsible, and flexible. The duties include escorting the Director for business and personal matters and trips, and ensuring the environment remains safe and relaxed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. He must always arrive on time for all appointments without reminders and track all assigned projects and tasks.

2. He should regularly report the status of outstanding projects and maintain the confidentiality of the Director\'s personal affairs.

3. He would be responsible to maintain the safety and cleanliness of the venue and surroundings, and a few other duties can be assigned as per required.

4. Working hours may vary and must be available during the evening, weekend, and public holidays (inclusive outstation).

5. Ensuring integrity and confidentiality of information at any time.

6. Organising and managing the work schedule, ethics, discipline, and activities given by the Director.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Degree in Business Administration/Studies/Management and/or equivalent.

2. At least have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Special or Personal Assistant is advantageous.

3. Clear criminal, drugs, and CRIS/CTOS records.

4. Neatly presented and professional.

5. Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa.
