Act as a liaison officer between respective Heads and members of staff / external contacts.
Act as referral to the Company Secretary on internal matters.
Assist the Group Chief Executive Officer to monitor the cross planning and performance management process to achieve the organisation mission and objectives.
Provide reports on areas of responsibility to the Group Chief Executive Officer as and when required.
Assist the Chairman on the corporate governance and administration of all Board Members matters e.g issuance of appointment letters, monitoring and tract the tenure of the appointment and other matters.
Plan, organize and manage corporate events, consult with all internal and external parties and other CSR program to enhance rapport and better relationship amongst subsidiaries.
Review and evaluate the integration of business model to strengthen UKM Holdings Group financial performance.
Examine and monitor key external and internal factors for both micro and macro environmental which may influence the direction of adopted strategies. Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders including within government, community and corporate sectors.
Support the corporate office and company\xe2\x80\x99s subsidiaries on various Corporate Secretarial & Legal matters.
Manage, monitor, and report on UKMH\xe2\x80\x99s compliance with all statutory, contractual and legislative obligations.
Attend and participate in meetings of the Managements, internal & external committee as and when required.
Preparing minutes of meeting for the management.
Manage special assignment, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
