Our strategy is to focus on creating a safe work environment where our employees feel strongly connected to our values and objectives, and where the capability of our people is key to our success.Come and be a part of this success.About the RoleReporting to the Lead Business Continuity Planning and Framework, the Specialist Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Framework is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of comprehensive frameworks, supporting business continuity planning (BCP), and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support organizational resilience and effective governance.AccountabilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:Business Continuity Planning (BCP):

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust Business Continuity Plan to ensure organizational resilience in the face of disruptions.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, business impact analyses, and scenario planning to identify potential threats and their impacts.
  • Support and conduct BCP training, drills, and exercises to ensure readiness and awareness across the organization.
  • Assist as a secondary point of contact during a crisis or business disruption, supporting response efforts and communication.
Frameworks Development:
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of organizational frameworks to support business operations and strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure frameworks are integrated and aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Continuously review and update frameworks to reflect industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes.
Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track the performance and effectiveness of frameworks, BCP initiatives, and positive assurance.
  • Prepare regular reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform outsource partner contract management of contractual SLAs/KPIs (including with outsourced partners) and provide oversight of all contractors for contractor management standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal reporting requirements.
About YouQualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in compliance, risk, finance, or audit, or any other relevant fields.
Experience & Technical Competencies
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in framework development, business continuity planning, risk management, or a related area.
  • Experience in supporting and implementing BCP and organizational frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using BCP software and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in business continuity and framework development.
