To be responsible for improving the productivity of the organization\'s employees by setting up learning & development strategy, assessing company-wide developmental needs, identifying, and arranging suitable learning and development solutions for employees in PTTEP Malaysia Asset.
To be responsible for \xe2\x80\x9cPTTEP Malaysia Talent Management & Succession Plan\xe2\x80\x9d which comprise of PTTEP performance management system, competency management system & career development.
To gather, summary and administrate any reports regarding Learning and Developments and Employee Relations activities.
1.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Corporate Culture
Drive the desired culture and leverage organization interventions by using cultural tools and techniques across the organization.
Define strategies and develop effective tools, methods, survey and program for organization culture.
Develop effective tools and methods to monitor and develop organization culture, change management and improvement programs.
Facilitate related culture and behavior programs in accordance to desired culture plan and implementation.
Conduct activities to drive organization culture, change management and improvement program.
1.1 PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Employee Engagement
Implement employee engagement survey in Malaysia asset
Analyze Malaysia asset employee engagement result & trend to for engagement program development.
Ensure the alignment of Malaysia asset engagement action plan with implementation and Malaysia Asset engagement result provided by corporate HR.
Design, prepare details, communicate, and implement for employee engagement program to improve employee morale and increase employee engagement and staff retention.
Organize other company activities to motivate employees and improve employees\' engagement such as birthday party, staff party, GM town hall, club activities, etc.)
Design and Implement tools to measure Employee Engagement level & program effectiveness.
Drive and monitor the desired employee engagement level across the organization

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Mandatory
Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, and/or Development
Experience working within any Organization.
Ability to communicate with all level of staff.
Have a good interpersonal skill.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
