Description

Primary Objective:

  • To develop, project manage and execute sales and rewards initiatives and engagement activities for Group Retail Distribution (GRD) and Alternate Sales Channel (ASC) from conception through to implementation and fulfillment to drive productivity and improve teamwork and team spirit.
  • To track the effectiveness of the implementation of rewards campaigns and engagement activities for continuous improvement of campaigns and initiatives.
  • To prepare and communicate daily, weekly and monthly reporting of rewards campaigns results against targets.
To co-ordinate and communicate all sales related campaigns i.e. initiated by GRD and Product teams to sales staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management * Develop and craft the master plan of sales campaigns, staff reward and recognition programs for Group Retail Distribution (GRD) to achieve the business objectives of increasing sales and improving productivity.
  • Execute and implement identified and approved sales and rewards campaigns as per agreed timeline to achieve the targeted results.
  • Develop and communicate campaign materials to be disseminated to sales teams.
  • Prepare and share regular reporting of actual sales campaign results to track and measure the performance and effectiveness of the implementation of sales and rewards campaigns.
  • Execute and carry out campaigns fulfillment in an accurate and timely manner.
Engagement and Recognition Initiatives * Project, manage and carry out identified and approved engagement and recognition initiatives for sales teams to boost team morale and recognise sales achievement.

Sales Campaigns Bulletin * Co-ordinate and review requests for communication to sales staff on sales related campaigns from GRD and Product teams.
  • Compile sales campaigns details and information and send communication via bulletin on sales campaigns to sales staff on a fixed regular basis.
Ad-Hoc Projects * Undertake special projects and ad-hoc tasks as and when required, such as townhall.

Requirements

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree - Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field..

Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant working experience preferably in similar industry.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and results oriented.
  • Independent and self-initiative.
Good communication and facilitation skills
