What your role will be in details?You will be:
  • Continuous monitoring on policy effectiveness. Set internal control to prevent violations of Ansell CSR Policies.
  • Engage and collaborate frequently with Global CSR, to keep self-updated, share and understand standards/practices (e.g. audit process, corrective action, learning & challenges).
  • Engage Global CSR on conducting the annual plant assessment (include labor agents).
  • Timely completion of mitigation on gaps identified during the internal assessment.
  • Prepare and deliver any necessary CSR related reports/docs related to plant.
  • Review with internal stakeholder as and when necessary to identify compliance issues, provide advice and/or escalate to Global CSR.
  • Update and keep plant management informed on changes of any CSR policies and process.
  • Ensure internal stakeholder attends mandatory training (CSR Awareness, F-11, SEDEX e-learning).
  • Perform quarterly risk assessment and root cause analysis training.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all documents and communication.
  • Completes related reports and documents promptly and accurately.
  • Any other responsibilities that would be delegated from time to time.
Pre-Audit:
  • Coordinate CSR audit (e.g. SMETA, F-11, customer audits) within plants.
  • Ensure Sedex SAQ is completed timely (annually, min 1-month prior audit to audit to ensure data accuracy) and develop an action plan and mitigate the required gap.
  • Cascade audit plan and information to all relevant stakeholder within plant.
  • Prepare plant logistics \xe2\x80\x93 agenda, invitation to internal stakeholder, onsite supplier, allocation of rooms, related documentation, and checklist.
During Audit:
  • Lead plant audit with internal or external stakeholder \xe2\x80\x93 act as liaison between plant and auditor.
  • Ensure auditor has signed the plant NDAs before commencing audit (if applicable).
  • Coordinate opening and closing meeting by inviting relevant stakeholders (including worker representative/union) to be present in the meeting.
Post audit (including follow-up)
  • Provide summary of audit to Global CSR (in the absence) and prepare and prioritize action plans based on risk-level.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholder to monitor the CAP enforcement.
  • Timely and consistent review and update of the Sedex portal (with EHS lead).
  • Initiate follow-up audit on a timely manner (within 3-months post annual audit).
  • Schedule and update the action bi-weekly to Global CSR (including plant HRD).
