Role Responsibilities

The Collaboration and Communication team are responsible for the engineering, delivery, operations, and management of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s global telephony infrastructure.

The role described below has been created to enhance the management and control of our project delivery processes and to join a team of product specialists that provide subject matter expertise, product ownership, new instance delivery and L3 support of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic communications systems.

Skills

\xc2\xb7 University degree preferred but not essential

\xc2\xb7 5 years Financial Services experience

\xc2\xb7 10 years technical skills and experience working with various voice products

\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of the regulatory requirements associated with voice systems

\xc2\xb7 Good understand of budget management and commercial models

\xc2\xb7 Working knowledge of communications surveillance

\xc2\xb7 Ability to interact with internal compliance and business teams

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in large and diverse environments across multiple countries

\xc2\xb7 Very good understanding and working knowledge of ITIL

\xc2\xb7 Excellent English communication, both written and verbal

\xc2\xb7 Self-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver to deadlines
