WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Working closely with our marketing partners, vendors and Group Distribution to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for AIA Regional Solutions.
- Creating marketing materials such as case studies, proposals, presentation, scripts, eDMs and templates, and marketing content for social media and publications.
- Provide administrative support to GCS MBU sales and proposition teams in collaboration with external agencies and marketing vendors.

1. Working closely with the GCS MBU team to manage brand and marketing strategy and initiatives. Developing and executing marketing strategy and campaigns and monitoring results in a systematic way
2. Maintaining a marketing database for optimal CRM activities
3. Maintaining schedules and tracking budget for marketing initiatives
4. Organizing and managing marketing collaterals such as creating marketing materials (brochures, case studies, presentations, script for media publication, eDMs, events, etc) and have an artistic sense
5. Assisting and updating social media accounts and maintaining AIA Regional Solutions' website content with the support of Group marketing, Branding, Digital teams and ESG team
6. Attending and assisting with organizing company's events (internal and external)
7. Providing administrative support to GCS MBU sales and proposition team
8. General office duties including creating a variety of sales and marketing proposals, preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents
9. Managing vendor via collaboration with the marketing department of AIA Group, AIA internal teams and third-party vendors and partners on marketing strategy, events and activities
10. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing. Obtaining proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 CRM system, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and a variety of marketing data base platforms to boost marketing and sales activities
