The Role Responsibilities

Strategy

  • Handling customer inquiries i.e walk in/courier received goods/ customer document handling.
  • Assist to check the loan applications and maintain the data quality in loan applications. Handling sales CRR_Lite/SSM/CBMS/NORKOM/TRANSACT for new/appeal/resubmit submission on daily basis.
  • Handling in & out batching for daily submission/appeal from Credit & GBS i.e LO/archive files/customer document.
CDD Support Role
  • To ensure all DSMS Sales Managers have proper understanding of CDD documentation & process with the standard of compliance that required for audit purpose by tracking using Excel and updated at all time.
  • To be developed as CDD specialist for New Business.
  • Provide advice & recommendations to DSMS Business Clients Team on any matters regarding CDD documentations & process.
  • CDD Screener for DSMS Business Clients Team
  • To ensure all CDD submission are in order & rectify any CDD errors by informing both maker & proposer.
  • Performing onboarding based on the uplifted standards and CDD Procedures, to ascertain facts of the case and bring it to satisfactory conclusion and approved status.
  • Advisory role to DSMS Business Clients Team in regards of documentations required in CDD.
  • To ensure all DSMS Business Clients Team adhere to all updated processes & procedures in CDD.
  • To ensure accuracy in CDD submission by doing screening / filtering at Proposer before sending it to CET.
  • Being the point of reference of all matters relating to CDD for BIL New Business.
  • To ensure CDD errors at
2%. * To achieve the required service standards for setting priorities, and for scheduling activities to make best use of time.
  • To update reporting trackers on cases and latest progress as per timeline agreed by the Line Manager
  • Handling of company documentation appropriately and always observe compliance i.e. confidentiality and secrecy.
  • Manage general administrative and housekeeping of office filing & records are systematically.
  • Completing all e-learning\xe2\x80\x99s assigned for the role before due date.
Processes
  • KYC/CDD Account Opening Processes as per DOIs, updates, CDD Procedures, Group Procedures and guidelines.
People & Talent
  • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing training and development of people, and ensure that holders of all critical functions are suitably skilled and qualified for their roles ensuring that they have effective supervision in place to mitigate any risks.
  • Employ, engage and retain high quality people, with succession planning for critical roles.
  • Responsibility to review team structure/capacity plans.
  • Set and monitor job descriptions and objectives for direct reports and provide feedback and rewards in line with their performance against those responsibilities and objectives.
Risk Management
  • Execution responsibility for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating financial crime risk, sanctions risk and reputational risks to the Group. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the Group and the role the individual plays in managing them
Governance
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
