Position reports to: Head, Business Devices & Partnership Job Overview: The Specialist, Business Product -Partnership Management is responsible for the end to end partnership management throughout the B2B products lifecycle, supporting and contributi Position reports to: Head, Business Devices & Partnership Job Overview: The Specialist, Business Product -Partnership Management is responsible for the end to end partnership management throughout the B2B products lifecycle, supporting and contributing to the product vision, and working closely with various internal teams support to ensure company's overall strategy and customer/key stakeholder goals are met. Your Work Life: Providing support in all aspects of the business product partnership management throughout the business product partnership lifecycle. Responsible to engage with the business product team to consolidate business product certification requirements including liaison with relevant business and support units. Responsible for facilitating audit requirements for business products team involving certification program, partnership arrangement based on the checklist provided by the business product team and obtaining necessary supporting documentation for submission. Responsible for working closely with business product team to prepare relevant business case or commercial paper, consolidate partnership contracts terms and process special rebates program involving partners. These would then be presented to the respective approval committees. Responsible for preparing paperwork and facilitating business product certification program requirement by liaising with internal/external stakeholders. Responsible for monitoring and tracking the partnerships projects progress, budgetary, KPI's and Performance in a timely manner and developing presentation outlines to update the Management. Support business product team to identify right partners to fulfill current customer requirements or potential business product roadmap by ensuring stakeholders alignment and agreement. Providing advisory to business products team and related stakeholders by comprehending relevant legal documents, such as business product contracts or partnership agreements. Responsible to analyzed data, create business reports and identifying relevant partnership process improvement opportunities. Liaison with partners and sourcing team to prepare forecast and inventory planning from time to time. Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager To be considered, you'll need: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Telecommunication Engineering or similar field preferred Min of 5 years of experience in business partnership and devices management within an IT or Telecommunication business Min of 3 years involvement in specific commercial B2B experience within ICT preferred Understanding and experience of ICT solutions, product life cycle across a broad range of segments within the B2B area Knowledge of technologies internet, cloud IaaS, SaaS, PaaS Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving context. Strong communication and organizational skills and strong ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management and to communicate cross-functionally in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience, business and commercial issues. Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles and proactively resolve problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP systems and related analytics tools is preferred. Team player, independence and able to work with minimal supervision in timely manner.
