Job Summary: Perform support to country for all incidents, service andchange requests, and prepare relevant technical documentation for new global business requests and requirements for new/enhancement of SAP. Job Responsibilities: Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Provide first level global SAP support, prepare functional specification, inclusive of the monitoring, tracking of incident and service/change request in meeting service level obligation Escalate critical issues/problem to second level support for prompt technical, resolution and development on SAP Prepare, review and consolidate countries\' requests for new developments/enhancements in ensuring a standardized and hamormized process Perform implementation of best practices, improvements, new/change requests from user and ensure conformance with change process Assist in testings and deployment/roll out of projects and change requests within timeline and quality deliverables Ensure adherence to service level agreement and processes Ensure availability of a single point of contact to user for prompt communication Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent Up to two years\' experience in similar role Demonstrate knowledge of SAP applications and end-user support, preferably in Healthcare, FMCG industry Experience in implementing and supporting SAP applications Familiar with IT Service Management framework Abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner Proven basic numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
