Job Summary To promote service contract and inclusion of applications method development as part of the contract offering from TEC, and provide applications solutions to customers. Job Responsibilities Data analysis of current status of service contracts, further to systematically approach the customer base to promote revenue growth in contract sales Data analysis of consumables, to promote and sell predictively consumable items Ensure that communications with customers and with the company are rapid and comprehensive. Maintain good customer rapport. To maintain keen enquiry on customer current eqpt and opportunity for potential sales Ensure thorough market coverage for contracts and consumables for relevant target industries / territory Ensure constant discussions and update with immediate superior to ensure yearly sales target can be achieved. Timely submission of contract and consumable sales reports via company\'s CRM Timely update of opportunities / prospects / projects via company\'s CRM To provide applications support to customers to run customer samples, method development and training where required Maintain a high level of technical and sales competence by keeping abreast with latest techniques and development of the products. Ensuring that Company\'s reputation for high quality products and services are maintained Use own initiative to acquire comprehensive product knowledge. Organize and coordinate promotional activities on consultation with immediate superior. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external consumable Clients Job Requirements: Degree or Masters in Science majoring in Electrical, Electronics or Engineering Minimum 3 years of related working experience Strong product knowledge in scientific instrument Good background knowledge of market industries for chemical analysis/analytical/life sciences instruments Strong analytical capabilities Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office Self starter and independent
