Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
• Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in the construction or related industries are highly preferable.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software\'s i.e. Microsoft, AutoCAD.Develop specifications incorporating company products and get it specified in projects at design stage.
• Prepare and deliver the technical presentation explaining products or services of the Company including raising awareness of Company products and options.
• Collaborate with Technical Department to understand client requirement and provide sales support.
• Assist in the research and development of new products.
• Create awareness about the new range of products and generate specifications.
• Ensure all marketing materials, documents and correspondence are update and adhered to the corporate image.
• Develop solid, long-term relationships with prospects and maintain relationship with existing customers within the commercial construction industry.
• Attend networking & promotional events and trade exhibitions to promote products & services and gather market intel.
• Generate and submit activity and project follow-up update reports in a timely manner.
