Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Petaling Jaya for a Specification Sales position. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as communicating and providing customer service to clients, developing sales strategies, providing training, and managing sales. As a specification sales position, the candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to architects, engineers, specifiers, building owners, developers, and contractors. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in specification sales or business development Ability to create and execute specification sales strategies Experience providing technical specification sales proposal and managing tracking project to positive result. Strong sales management skills A background in construction to understand building drawings and building materials is beneficial Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred Fluent in English and Malay Willingness to travel
