Previous sales experience in Interior Finish Products, building materials and construction industry would be an advantage
Candidates with prior experience in dealing with Interior Designers, Architects, Property Developers are welcomed

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management ( RM) software.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.

Provide product information to Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors to specify our range of product for their projects, develop new business opportunities and create brand awareness in the industry
Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide product or service information.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.
Follow the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate terms to secure sales.
Set and achieve sales targets as outlined by the sales management team.
Continuously work towards exceeding personal and team sales goals.
Collaborate with the indoor sales team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.\xef\x82\xb7Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and potential opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
