Role Responsibilities Support the Head of Production Engineering for the entire portfolio of Client Coverage T&I as well her Management Team in providing business management coverage in the areas of financial analysis, business and operating analysis Role Responsibilities Support the Head of Production Engineering for the entire portfolio of Client Coverage T&I as well her Management Team in providing business management coverage in the areas of financial analysis, business and operating analysis and planning, strategic projects management, business support, administrative and other management support activities not limited to process improvement, transformation, and employee engagement activities, etc. Strategy Produce strategic and financial presentations and reports for management meetings Business Create content to support business reviews such resourcing, hiring status and headcount management as well as financial tracking and monitoring Project manage existing and business initiative and complete in a timely manner Work with other stakeholders e.g. Finance, other business manager to support accurate business analytics, financials and headcount forecasts Processes Responsible for ensuring the control around the hiring approval process and headcount management in CC Provide administrative support for the various management meetings, team wide events as well as managing control over tools used by the team People and Talent Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values Risk Management Identify process improvement opportunities and drive for outcome Governance Provide oversight to ensure adequate governance is in place for CC and continue to bring improvement and efficiency to the team Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group\'s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Lead the Production Engineering CC team to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\'s Conduct Principles: Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders Production Engineering Client Coverage Production Engineering CCIB CIO and Heads of development Business Managers across other teams Our Ideal Candidate Qualifications At least 5 years of experience in Business Management/COO type positions in Financial Institutions Degree in Business Administration or Banking and Finance Highly motivated with strong analytical skills, good business acumen and ability to deliver targets timely An ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills and manage relationship with key stakeholders in a matrix reporting organization Excellent attention to detail, articulate in written and verbal communication Role Specific Competencies MS Excel and MS Powerpoint Tableau or Power BI Sharepoint About Standard Chartered We\'re an international bank, nimble enough to act, big enough for impact.
