- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Read, Speak, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 7am - 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
- Willing to commit on 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off day per week)
- Willing to work on weekend and public holiday based on shift arrangement
- Able to start working on 11 September
- Have no issue to be fully work based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office
- Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related the company\'s services.
- To exceed customer\'s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
- Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
- Assist on solving common technical problems.
- Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.
- Monthly Salary: RM2,000 Basic Salary + KPI allowance up to RM500

- FREE Shuttle Service (Subang Jaya Komuter 7.45am - 10.15pm and Ara Damansara LRT 8.15am - 9.30pm)
