• SPM holders only
• Fluent in speaking and writing English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Available to work in rotational shift (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between Mon - Fri, 7:30am - 6pm & Sat - Sun, 8am - 5pm
• 5.5 working days and 1 rotational off days including working weekend or public holidays.
• Passionate on customer experience related tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office

• Provide detailed information and support to customers regarding Canon products, including cameras, printers, and accessories, through phone, email, and live chat.
• Address and resolve customer issues related to product performance, warranty claims, repairs, and returns efficiently and professionally.
• Assist customers with placing orders, updating them on order status, and handling shipping-related queries to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
• Offer guidance and troubleshooting for technical problems with Canon products, helping customers resolve issues or directing them to the appropriate technical support resources.
• Collect and document customer feedback and complaints, and relay this information to relevant departments to help improve products and services.

• Salary Package:RM3000 + KPI ALLOWANCE UP TO RM 200
• EPF + SOCSO IS PROVIDED
• 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
• 1 month paid training is provided.
• Location: Nearby LRT Ara Damansara and 10 minutes walking distances
