Ensure members and guests have a safe and enjoyable experience while using all facilities. Attend to all facilities in the club and needs of members and guests.
MAIN DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greeting and signing in of the members/guests upon arrival to the Sports Centre Facilities.
Assisting HOD in the initial and continuing development of services.
Attending all training sessions and regular staff meeting.
Monitors attendance and bills attendees accordingly.
Assign courts, facilities, locker space or clothing containers and supplies to patrons of athletic or bathing establishment: issues dressing room or locker key or towel.
Responsible for ensuring guests receive towels and return them every day in an efficient and timely way.
Responsible for professionally and efficiently maintaining the courts, facilities and locker room areas by fulfilling guests\' needs and requests.
Ensured member, guest and management satisfaction and provides the highest quality service as expected.
Issues & cleaned all equipment and ensured that the equipment was working properly.
Well maintained the cleanliness of the facilities, locker room and ensure proper care of all materials takes place, organize the room and report any misused or damaged materials.
Promoting all other services provided within the Estuari Sports Centre.
Assists with setup of events
Attending all meetings & providing all reports directed by HOD.
Ability to handle multiple customer requests effectively whilst remaining calm and professional.
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in General Work, Customer Service or equivalent.
Carries out any other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Requires at least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sports Science & Management or equivalent.
Candidate must friendly and cheerful nature, outgoing and comfortable approaching customers.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Other languages will be an advantage.
Requires handling customer service and hospitality experience.
WORKING HOURS:
Six (6) days a week. Will be required to work nights, weekends & holidays.
Flexibility is required.
