Title: Customer Service Associate Working Days: 6 days with 2 shifts (morning shift & noon shift) Nature of Business: Global MNC Sports Retail Industry Salary package & Benefits provided;

• Basic salary, RM1800 - RM1900

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least a SPM
• Experienced in selling clothes or shoes in front customers
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position (added advantage)
• Must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Highly motivated with good insight of customer service
• Pleasant personality and professional conduct with the ability to work under pressure
• Willing to work according to the retail hours, on weekends as well as on public holidays

About the role:

• Being on top of our brands\' product knowledge to ensure customers are assisted well with their needs
• Ensure store opening, closing and sales transactions are in line with the SOP of our brands
• Take care of the stocks, inventory, mannequins and any items within the store at all times
• Provide excellent customer service, informing customers of our current promotions and best seller items
• Involved with Visual Merchandising team to guarantee the store is in accordance to our brand guidelines, displays are serving to attract customers to walk in to the store
• Contribute positively to achieving individual and group sales target
• Directly involved in working with the inventory & merchandising team to ensure the floor inventory and stocks are with no losses by conducting stock counts and receiving
• Being the company representative by complying with brand standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month Benefits:
