Handle and verify staff expense claims, reimbursement and maintain accuracy of petty cash record
Generate accounting documents (ie. Purchase order, E-invoice, payment voucher and etc)
Assist financial reporting, including month-end closing, bank reconciliation and financial statement preparation.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
Support audit and tax processes to ensure full compliance with regulations.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
To assist any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Mandatory
