Degree holder with at least 3-5 years solid category management or trade marketing in FMCG industry
With preferred category management experience in Health and Beauty care
Strong strategic and commercial mind-set, business acumen with good problem-solving skills
Result-oriented and independent
Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, sensitive to figures and acute market sense
Ability to work in fast paced retail environment and to work with many different departments, business relationships and people
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua

Responsibilities

Identifying, sourcing and analyzing the new product development
Strong market sense
Prepare commercial plans to achieve sales, margin and penetration targets
Order management
Analyze sales performance for related categories with pricing strategies
Multivendor management with strong negotiation skills and excellent communication
Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
Working on the expansion in Malaysia and Singapore and other South East Asia market
Perform ad hoc duties assigned
