• To roll-out business application projects in B. Braun companies and to implement SAP HCM Module and SF EC change request to fulfill new/change of business requirement or further optimization of business processes.
• Work with various business units or departments to collect and analyze Business Requirement, identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions which comply with global standards.
• Program development are required, required to prepare comprehensive functional specification to develop the program. Perform system and user testing to ensure met the required deliverables and ensure project/ change request are successfully implemented with very minimal issues.
• Plays the role of 2nd level support to resolve or support incidents raise by users.
• Act as in-house consultant to provide consultation advice to business department whenever required.
• To provide training, coaching, sharing expertise or knowledge transfer whenever necessary to project team, business users, 1st level support, external partners or internal IT engineers whenever required.
• Occasionally may need to travel or work abroad on certain duration whenever required depends on project or assignment requirements.
• SAP engineer who have sufficient knowledge, experience in project management and skillset may play the role of project managers whenever required.
• Adhere to B. Braun standard operating procedure and whenever required, to support or participate during system audit.
• Prepare necessary system change request documentation based on B. Braun global guidelines for the purpose of system validation.
• To meet the required target for projects involved, support IT management in achieving IT department KPI and whenever required to participate in activities which streamline process and achieve operational excellence.
• To keep abreast of new technology and applications whenever required.
• To support or participate in system audits whenever required.
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.

Professional competencies

• Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields of study.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming is a critical component of the position.
• Good to have experience in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
• Self-organized, structured, responsible and goal-oriented.
• Work independently on assigned projects.
• Abie to learn and apply new concepts in information technology and adapt to changing technology.
