Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

  • To conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignation and recommend retention strategies.
  • Responsible for undertaking employees and staff welfare programs to maintain cordial relations with staffs and promote a conducive working environment.
  • Responsible for attending employee grievances and provide guidance and advice on appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Responsible for handling disciplinary matters and organizing disciplinary inquiries to ensure compliance to company\'s policies and procedures, as well as labour legislation.
  • Administering the direct employees\' personnel files.
  • Conduct investigations of complaints and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee, review and advise on employee grievance and disciplinary processes from time to time
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
  • Undertake effective OSH measures to ensure compliance, within the workplace, with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirement.
Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification :
Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to communicate at all levels.

Experience :
3-4 years of experience in similar capacity is an added advantage.
