Responsibilities & Skills

We are seeking a Sr Mgr of Design Engineering, passionate candidate with cross-functional and technical leadership capabilities to identify, plan and drive the vision for High-Speed IP and Subsystems design portfolios for Lattice Semiconductor.

Key Qualifications:

• 15+ years of dedicated/hands-on FPGA/SOC ASIC experience (Design, Verification and Validation)
• At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in leading Subsystems/IPs team to deliver complex FPGA/ASIC Subsystem
• Proven track record of working full ASIC Design/Verification/Validation, from concept to tape-out to silicon bring-up.
• Experienced in managing team to deliver High-Speed interface Subsystem/IP for FPGA/ASIC products
• Experience in delivering Subsystems like PCIE (Gen3/4/5), Ethernet (10G/25G/40G/100G), DDR(3/4/5) etc.
• Experience Bus Fabric, AHB, AXI, based bus architecture
• In-depth knowledge and experience working with low power design, UPF integration, boot-up, power-cycling, HW/FW interaction design/verification/validation.
• Should be a great team leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the desire to seek diverse challenges.
• Build a high performing team and retain talents

• BS/MS/PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering minimum of 12 years of high-speed IP and system design experience.
• Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under dynamic environment and uncertainties.
• Innovative, problem solver who likes to come up with newer and better solutions for existing problems.
