Team Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Instructor. This position entails a unique blend of responsibilities, involving both the coordination of training classes and the direct delivery of training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for facilitating learning and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and objectives.

Develop training schedules, agendas, and materials in alignment with organizational goals.

Plan and publish monthly classes as well as coordinate private trainings.

Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse customers.

Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering active participation and discussion.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training content and delivery.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in training coordination and delivery, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.

Strong expertise on Sabre GDS products.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, including virtual platforms and multimedia resources.

Adaptability to different learning needs and an innovative approach to training delivery.

Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Languages: professional fluency in written and spoken English. Other languages will be considered a plus.
