-Manage wafer sort, assembly
,
final test and WLCSP subcontractors
-Materials/components inventory control
-Generate production order/PO and WIP monitoring to ensure on time delivery
-Coordinate with related departments for better productivity and fulfill requirements.
-Drive subcontractors to meet demand forecast
-Reporting, including OTD tracker , PO tracker, cycle time report and in /out control.

-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in related fields
-Prefer at least 3 years of experience in Planning or Operations
-Knowledge in English , Thai language and Mandarin is essential to speak to overseas clients/partners
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
-Experience in SAP system is preferred.
-Excellent communication skills especially in the aspect of negotiation & influencing
-Able to work in Ipoh Malaysia.
