• Manage wafer sort, assembly , final test and WLCSP subcontractors
• Materials/components inventory control
• Generate production order/PO and WIP monitoring to ensure on time delivery
• Coordinate with related departments for better productivity and fulfill requirements.
• Drive subcontractors to meet demand forecast
• Reporting, including OTD tracker , PO tracker, cycle time report and in /out control.
• ERP orders control

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in related fields
• Prefer at least 3 years of experience in Planning or Operations
• Knowledge in English , Thai language and Mandarin is essential to speak to overseas clients/partners
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suits (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Experience in SAP system is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills especially in the aspect of negotiation & influencing
• Able to work in Ipoh Malaysia.
