GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

  • Reporting to the Marketing & Business Development, Assoc Director APAC, the Sr. Specialist, Marketing is responsible for activating GBU driven Marketing initiatives and also responsible for the execution of the content and channel we deploy to communicate with our markets. This includes advertising, direct marketing, digital platforms printed materials, PR activities, sales presentations, sponsorships and trade show development and execution.
  • The role also supports trade marketing and sales enablement, which is defined as generating and managing quality, revenue-generating leads which can be fed into the sales pipeline.
  • Geographically, the position is responsible for all Marketing activities in SEA
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the SEA region\xe2\x80\x99s marketing strategies, campaigns and communications plan to support the introduction of new initiatives/programs, products or solutions.
  • Supports new product launch communication material development and distribution including, press releases, images, product pages, distributor letters, etc
  • Ensures successful and on-time activation of vertical business development initiatives developed by the GBUs and provides guidance to the development of these initiatives on behalf of the region and lead on localizing materials to meet regional needs.
  • Manages outside agencies, suppliers and budgets. This person is the main point of contact, responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with approved Ansell agencies. Coordinates inquiries, requests, creative direction, quotes and agency reviews. Audits the agencies as needed.
  • Reviews work provided by internal and external suppliers, assesses budget estimates, and reports back to respective managers in a structured manner.
  • Drives trade show and event coordination including advertising, brand guidelines, promotion awareness pre, during and post the show, installation, and overall operation of Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s exhibit properties.
  • Directs and manages updates and reprints of all print materials including price lists, technical information guides, promotional materials, catalogue production, brochures, product pages, etc.
  • Manages the website and plan digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEA, email, social media and display advertising.
  • Oversees the day-to-day marketplace E-Commerce operations, product updates, postings, promotions, maintenance and performance.
  • Implements and maintains corporate and product brand guidelines.
  • Tracks and reports on all Marketing and Marcom Initiatives. Measures campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Contributes to the planning, management and administration of the marketing budget; forecasting and tracking A&P expenses on a regular basis
  • Works with Sales on Distributor Activation. Responsible for distributor participation in campaigns and other marketing initiatives as well as distributor creative services and image support. Works with Sales on all partner distributor projects requiring marketing communications (catalog reprints, online updates, etc.) as needed.
  • Supports the development of our lead generation program.
  • Key liaison person collaborating with the Global Marketing Communication team. Coordinates the localization of global brand and GBU communications collateral and manages the translation of marketing materials into required languages.
  • Communicates effectively with regional and global stakeholders on marketing activities, ensuring efficient execution of marketing programs and projects.
  • Supervises the processing of marketing-related purchase orders, invoices and content approvals with Ansell\xe2\x80\x99s appropriate legal, compliance and regulatory executives.
KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
Languages
  • Fluency in both business English and Mandarin
Job Experience
  • 6-8 years minimum experience in the development and management of product and distribution channels, marketing programs/campaigns and events
  • Experience in regional marketing in MNCs or a matrix organization is an advantage.
  • B2B marketing experience is preferred.
  • Digital marketing technology literacy, including a high degree of competency with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM applications.
