General Summary of the role

• Reporting to Associate Director, Product Portfolio Management, this role will be supporting the Global Product Portfolio Management (GPPM) Team in implementing portfolio changes and improvements to styles for Single-Use/Exam product ranges.

What would your role look like?
Providing support to the Global Product Portfolio Management (GPPM) team by:

• Providing updates on product package design change projects, regulatory requests, regional acceptance of samples and other GPPM owned tasks.
• Ensure key stakeholders receive the needed product samples to complete testing requirements and customer validations.
• Identify and provide recommendations to resolve on root cause errors or information conflicts associated with product data, product specifications, part numbers or packaging.
• Create package design briefs and update it into Ansell Web Center (AWC).
• Work with Regulatory Affairs (RA) to attend to any request related to changes on the products, changing product sources of supply, launching of new products, launching into new regions, and any other product updates.
• To review documents from Quality Assurance (QA) regarding standard operating procedures (SOP\xe2\x80\x99s), and ensure data is up to date.
• Work with Scientific Affairs to keep track and ensure customer inquiries, new marketing claims and product changes is attended to.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree with 5 years of prior working experience in supporting the teams with administrative tasks and project management
• Exposure in a global / multinational environment
• Experience in a matrix organization
• Fully proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
