Learn more at and on .Essential Duties & Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Manages Die Bank Operation, storage control, internal and OSAT shipmentxc2xb7 Manage AOI Operation & Outgoing quality controlxc2xb7 Manages a group of Die Bank and AOI operators and techniciansxc2xb7 Execute BEF ECN requestxc2xb7 Manages Die Bank inventory (weekly and Qtrly Cycle count audit)Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Leading Die Bank and AOI Operation which covers 24/7xc2xb7 Manage a group of Die bank and AOI operatorsxc2xb7 Ensure meeting Quality Output and Cycle time (OSAT n In-house pre-assembly andassembly process)xc2xb7 Manage wafer storage of carousel and N2 cabinets in die bankxc2xb7 Manage wafer auto transfer machine and vacuum seal machine with high utilizationxc2xb7 Manage indirect materials inventory ie wafer boat, jar, foam, tyvek paper, mbb bags,desiccantsxc2xb7 Working with cross functional team to identify opportunity for cycle time reduction.xc2xb7 Establish and improve Die Bank operation procedurexc2xb7 Identify and execute Die bank work flow standardization, process simplification andopportunity for automationxc2xb7 Maintain die bank and AOI 5sxc2xb7 Responsible for Die bank wafer inventory (stock count)xc2xb7 Manage out of control material via MRB, BEFxc2xb7 Working with R&D/ NPI team on new product wafer storage method/ procedureMinimum Qualifications:xc2xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degreein Manufacturing, Engineering (EE, Mechanical, Mechatronics) or equivalent relevant experiencexc2xb7 Warehouse experience would be added advantagexc2xb7 At least 3 years working experience in semiconductor environment.xc2xb7 Strong leadership skill as to manage a group of Operatorsxc2xb7 Agile, Strong commitment as Operation covers 24/7xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problems and analysis ofcomplex data.xc2xb7 Self-motivated and driven to continually improveFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
