In your new role you will: Study operations sequence, material flow, labor utilization and cost analysis to promote manufacturing efficiency Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards Drive process improvements and work within a team to resolve problems Update / review / maintain of IE database (iBID, iTFM) Draft and design layout of equipment, materials and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer Partner with Operations to develop preferred methods / Standard Operating Procedures for production Analyze and provide solutions for cost reduction through process improvements and cost/benefit analysis Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering More than 6years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
