In your new role you will:
- Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes (mold, Xray, plasma and oven)
- Trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities in order to stabilize the machine performance
- Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and provide proposal / improvement plan on maintenance cost reduction
- Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents
- Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering course
- With 5 years working experience in semiconductor field
- Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic problem solving skill
- Good understanding of mold machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities
- Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities.
