Staff Engineer Maintenance Molding
Job Description
In your new role you will: Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes (mold, Xray, plasma and oven) Trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities in order to stabilize the machine performance Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and provide proposal / improvement plan on maintenance cost reduction Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant documents Support to optimize machine performance and efficiency by using adequate problem solving tool available Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering course With5 years working experience in semiconductor field Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills Basic problem solving skill Good understanding of mold machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities Capable to trouble-shooting machine issues and drive for improvement activities.
